Janitorial, Cleaning & Maid Services
- General Liability
- Business Property
- Commercial Vehicle
- Workers Comp
- Janitorial Bonds
Your clients are opening their homes and businesses to you and your employees. Many will require that your company is insured and bonded, but what insurance do you really need?
General Liability: Every business should have this policy which protects you against injury claims and damage to property caused by your business. For example, your client may say you left a chair in a doorway causing a trip & fall, or that you damaged computers while cleaning.
Business Property: Covers losses to the equipment and supplies you need to operate your business. Get this coverage if you cannot afford to replace these out of your own pocket.
Commercial Vehicle: You might have one car that only you drive, a fleet of vans going out each night, or employees driving their own vehicles to job sites. A personal auto policy will not provide coverage.
Workers Compensation: Covers work-related injuries and illnesses for you and your employees. Required in most states.
Bonds: Often your clients are not present while you are working. Janitorial bonds provide coverage for theft by cleaning company employees. Many clients will not do business with a janitorial or maid service that is not bonded.
We offer very affordable bonds and insurance policies for the cleaning service industry. We specialize in small and medium businesses and we’ll see that you get the right policies with the right levels of coverage.
