Other People’s Property in Your Custody
If your business involves servicing or repairing other people’s property, you probably have temporary custody of their items in your shop. For example, if your business sells and repairs watches and a theft occurs on your premises, your insurance policy may cover the loss of your own inventory but it might not offer insurance protection for those watches that belong to your customers. You’ll need a separate policy for your customers’ property.
We will help you find the right insurance for property from cars to computers that is in your care, custody and control. You probably have your own stuff insured – make sure your customers’ stuff is also covered.
